Request a room with a functional air conditioner if you can. It made a significant difference in comfort .

The family type staff was nice and if you asked for anything it was there fairly fast. We weren't disturbed by maid service early It wasn't far from the falls and shopping. I was a little but out that the pool wasn't open.

The air conditioner could have been better. and I needed a hair dryer, the pool could have been open.

Useful base for exploring Niagara Falls. Everything was perfect here - AMICABLE staff and huge rooms. Location - quiet, very close to a the shopping places, food spots, and shopping centers and good restaurants. For tea or coffee visit De Dee's Dairy nearby.

The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the falls and conveniently close to shops.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which affected the comfort of our stay.

The bath was so full of old hair the drain wouldnt work when showering. The hotel was very dirty and tired looking. No where near the standard of Travelodge. Staff english was very hard to understand

The only best thing about Travelodge is its location.

Therea are many things , for example, room was not clean, bathroom was not clean, bed had hair all over it, there is no fridge, no microwave, no ironing pad , air conditioning is bad because it opens up the blinds curtains,

The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The carpet in my room felt sticky, and I noticed that the bathroom had an outdated faucet design, made it difficult to operate. The fridge also had a problem where it was positioned too low. Basic cleanliness was lacking. I had hoped for a better experience given the location, but these issues left me feeling disheartened.

The hotel is clean and price is reasonable.

Desk clerk was having problem transferring calls to room and not very helpful.

They gave us a room far away from the rest of the guests. King bed was great.We would stay there again.

The check-in process was impressively quick, taking only minutes. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker, which were great for our family needs.

The hotels' team was helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and huge and packs all that was necessary. A bathtub in the spacious bathroom was super awesome.

Room and bedding was clean and location very convenient

Walls were very thin and could hear guests talking in room next door minimal amenities and towels were very old and gray

Each room offers essential comfort from clean beds to a dependable air conditioner.

I liked that the hotel offered 3 double beds.

The front door latch did not work, the refrigerator froze our drinks, some lights in the room did not work, the staff starred at us while we ate breakfast. Also, the front staff was not helpful. They checked in people at 4:30 AM in the morning. These people were trying to get into our room at that time of the morning and we're very loud-possibly drunk. The front desk said there was nothing they could do about it and that the people were from Russia. The people we heard were American speaking English.

the hotel was dirty, smelly and very dusty. customer service was poor. we will not stay at this hotel ever again. strongly would not recommend this hotel to any travelers.
